This Privacy Policy explains how Dune Productions Events Management LLC trading as Dune Productions (“Dune Productions”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal data when you visit www.duneproductions.net, submit an enquiry, request a sales call, register for an event or purchase a ticket. It applies to personal data processed through our website and the Wix Events ticketing functionality connected to it.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection laws, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, as applicable to our business and processing activities. This policy should be read together with any cookie notice and event-specific terms shown during registration or checkout.

Consent

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms, in accordance with the Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data in the UAE.

Children's Information

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Events and payments

We use Wix Events to provide event registration and ticketing functionality. When you register for or purchase a ticket, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, ticket and event details, booking status, payment status and information needed to provide event-related communications.

Card details are entered into the payment flow provided by Stripe and are not intended to be collected or stored by Dune Productions. Stripe processes payment information, transaction information and certain device or fraud-prevention information in accordance with its own privacy notices. Stripe may act as our processor for payment processing and may process certain information independently for fraud prevention, security, legal and regulatory compliance, and operation or improvement of its services. Sales enquiries
If you submit an enquiry or request a sales call, we use the information you provide—such as your name, organisation, job title, email address, telephone number and message—to contact you, understand your requirements and provide information about our theatre-in-education services. We may retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship, respond to follow-up requests, meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

We will not add you to promotional marketing merely because you request a sales call. If we wish to send newsletters or other promotional communications, we will provide a separate marketing choice where required. You can withdraw marketing consent or opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
